CST previews new release of CST STUDIO SUITE™ 2006B including the industry standard 3D EM Time Domain tool, CST MICROWAVE STUDIO® at MTT-S IMS at booth#1329.
Research and development engineers involved in the design of high frequency components, wireless communications, emc and signal integrity, will now benefit from the augmented functionality and interoperability of the latest release of CST STUDIO SUITE™ 2006B.
Computer Simulation Technology (CST) previews new tool for the 3D EM simulation of electrically large structures at MTT-S IMS 2006, booth #1329. The new Integral Equation Solver, based on the Multilevel Fast Multipole Method (MLFMM), joins CST MICROWAVE STUDIO® (CST MWS)’s Transient and Frequency Domain solvers for high frequency applications and will be available in Q3 of 2006.
CST today announces an interface between the CST MICROWAVE STUDIO® (CST MWS) simulation tool and Microwave Office (NI AWR Software) circuit design software. A prototype of the interface will be previewed at MTT-S IMS 2006, booth #1329.
CST, the IMS committee and Sonnet Software Inc. will co-host a 175th anniversary celebration of the birth of James Clerk Maxwell, founder of the field of electromagnetics, on Tuesday, June 13th at the San Francisco Marriott (located adjacent to the Moscone Convention Center).
Everyone is welcome to attend this event which is a part of the IEEE MTT-S distinguished microwave lecture series at this year's MTT-S International Microwave Symposium in San Francisco. Complimentary food, drinks and cake will be served.
Date: June 13th, 2006
Time: 7:00 PM (Refreshments served promptly at 7PM. Presentation starts at 7:30PM)

CST STUDIO SUITE™ 2006 SP 5 now available for download.
April 20 2006, CST releases new service pack for CST STUDIO SUITE™ 2006. Customers may download the service pack from our support area. For details about the changes in this service pack, please refer to the pdf file available in the download area or to the history of changes, accessible through the CST STUDIO SUITE user interface.
CST - Computer Simulation Technology today announces continued success of software products with a worldwide revenue increase of 24% in 2005 compared to calendar year 2004.
The average annual growth rate has been 35% since 1997 and has established CST as the dominant market leader in 3D EM Time Domain simulation. This consistent growth has been achieved through increased market share and the successful expansion into new markets. CST’s top product of 2005 was again CST MICROWAVE STUDIO® which was introduced in 1998 as the first member of the CST STUDIO SUITE™.
CST - Computer Simulation Technology announces augmentation of its 3D EM field solver palette. The new module, based on the Multilevel Fast Multipole Method (MLFMM), is dedicated to tackling electrically large problems and will be available in Q3 of 2006.
Design engineers engaged in areas such as automotive, aerospace & defence and emc, have long recognised the benefits of CST MICROWAVE STUDIO®’s (CST MWS) Time Domain solver for its unparalleled capability to solve very complex structures. The newly implemented MLFMM solver, however, opens up new possibilities to users in terms of structure size.
